I'm using Eneba since 2019, and I never had any issues with their services or refunds at all. I bought multiple cheap or even expensive games from there, yet I never received used key or I never had any issues with refunds or customer support, hence why I decided to leave a review for Eneba, because I'm really wondering what circumstances these users had when they had a completely different experience. They're definitely not sharing everything for their own purposes...
