Bought a $50 PSN Card and the code was already redeemed. Contacted support and they did nothing. Told me to contact PSN and kept lying the code was not used. Scammed and did not give me a refund. Do not buy PSN Cards from CDKEYS! They will scam and not refund you since most of their PSN codes are used.
Bought another DLC of surviving mars on steam. Everything went smooth, modest price. I received the code and activated the game in matters of seconds.
Very bad. It promises a key, does not accept the order or the paypal option it offers.
I bought a key for a wrong game, when I realised my mistake, I tried contacting customer support with hopes of getting my money back as the keys hadn't been revealed nor used. The response basically nails down to: we've checked the codes, they were unused when we sent them to you but you have redeemed them so we cannot issue a refund. How could I have redeemed the code when I haven't even seen it? When I try to escalate the issue, they double down and just shift the competences onto Steam.
