PlayStation Plus January 2024 Joining Titles

Playstation Plus is starting the year with a great lineup of free games!

For a quick run down, here are the three games joining PS Plus in January 2024:

• A Plague Tale: Requiem (PS5)
• Evil West (PS5, PS4)
• Nobody Saves the World (PS5, PS4)

These titles will be available to play for free starting January 2, 2024 until February 5, 2024.

Also dropping on January 2 is the Warframe: Syrinx Collection which is an exclusive Playstation Plus Pack. Whether you’re a new or a returning player, you’ll be able to use the contents of this pack from your in-game Warframe inventory as soon as you finish downloading it.

A Plague Tale: Requiem (PS5)

A Plague Tale: Requiem is a 2022 action-adventure stealth video game, sequel to A Plague Tale: Innocence released in 2019. The game follows siblings Amicia and Hugo de Rune who must look for a cure to Hugo’s blood disease in Southern France while fleeing from soldiers of the Inquisition and hordes of rats that are spreading the black plague.

The story of A Plague Tale: Requiem is full of twists and turns, and will keep you hooked from beginning to end. The game is set in 1349, shortly after the events of the first game. Amicia will now be 17 and Hugo will be 15 which will show you how well-developed and much more relatable these characters are now.

Enjoy an intense gameplay which is a mix of stealth and action all the whilst basking in its dark atmosphere particularly sharpened by the presence of hordes of rats.

Evil West (PS5 and PS4)

Evil West is an action-adventure third-person shooter game set in a stylized Weird West setting. Here, you will play as Jesse Rentier, one of the last remaining agents in a secret vampire-hunting institute called the Rentier Institute. Your job is to eradicate the vampire threat that is consuming the American frontier.

Evil West features fast-paced, gory combat that combines gunplay with melee attacks and gadgets. You can use your trusty revolver, rifle, shotgun, and lightning-fueled gauntlet to take down your enemies in style.

The game also features a dynamic weather system that can affect the gameplay adding another level of difficulty to the game.

Nobody Saves the World (PS5, PS4)

Nobody Saves the World is an action-RPG with a quirky twist where you play as Nobody, a blank slate character who wakes up with amnesia and a magic wand.

This wand grants you the ability to transform into different forms, each with unique skills and attacks. From a slime that oozes through tight spaces to a powerful dragon that rains fire, this magic wand will make it happen.

The world of Nobody Saves the World is full of charming, procedurally generated dungeons waiting to be explored. Each presents unique challenges and secrets to uncover that will keep the gameplay fresh and exciting every time. The game features quirky enemies like angry mushrooms and dancing skeletons, adding also to the lighthearted atmosphere.
