Painkiller 2025, a reimagined version of the iconic shooter, is officially set to launch in Fall 2025 for PC via Steam, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5. Painkiller 2025 is a reimagining of the cult-classic franchise, blending fast-paced, brutal combat with co-op play for up to three players and full offline support. Trapped in Purgatory, players take on the role of one of four Champions, sent by the Voice of the Creator to stop the fallen angel Azazel from unleashing his demonic horde onto Earth. Along the way, players will battle grotesque monsters, wield devastating weapons, and harness Tarot card abilities to strengthen their powers.
