Outlast 2 Release Date Finally Gets Revealed

A definite release date for Outlast 2 is finally here!

Red Barrels’ Outlast 2 release date was announced at last. The game was previously said to come out by the end of 2016 which was then delayed to early 2017. But good news, because, the devs were able to give a concrete date for the launch which is April 25, 2017.

The announcement came out via Twitter saying “Welcome to Temple Gate. Outlast 2 will be available digitally on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on April 25th.

Along with the announcement of the game’s release date is the reveal of Outlast Trinity that will also be arriving on the same date.”Outlast Trinity, a physical collection of the Outlast series will also be available April 25th for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One”.

Another tweet came out a few minutes after the previous two tweets confirming the game’s release date, “We’re sorry for the scare there everyone. The game is indeed releasing digitally AND physically on April 25th.”

The game is set in Arizona where you will play as investigative journalists. You will get to put yourself in the shoes of Blake Langermann along with his wife Lynn and investigate the mysterious case of the “impossible murder” of a pregnant woman.

As mentioned above the game will launch on April 25, 2017, for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
