After almost two years in early access on Steam, One Lonely Outpost is finally ready for its big moment! This indie farming sim takes a fresh approach by dropping you on a barren alien planet where you’ll build a thriving colony from scratch. Instead of lush fields and cozy towns, you start with nothing but a handful of seeds, your trusty tools, and a robotic pet. It’s been an exciting journey through early access, but now, the game is officially launching in full across all platforms.

With today’s full release, One Lonely Outpost is making its way to even more players launching on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 & 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.

But here’s the best part, the game is also joining Xbox Game Pass! It marks the third new addition to Game Pass this month, following Monster Train and Galacticare. One Lonely Outpost is an indie sci-fi farming and colony sim where you play as the first pioneer on a barren alien world. With nothing but a few seeds and a robotic pet, your goal is to terraform the land, making it habitable for future settlers. At first, the planet seems lifeless but through farming, mining, and exploration, you’ll slowly transform it into a thriving outpost. It’s a lonely journey at the start but over time, your hard work will pave the way for a bustling colony.

As your settlement grows, you’ll attract new colonists, cultivate crops, cook meals, and discover the planet’s unique ecosystem. Fishing, bug-catching, and resource gathering will help expand your collection, while connecting with settlers will allow you to form relationships and maybe even find love.
