Eager fans will have to wait another two weeks for Season 2 after Path of Exile 2’s next big update on April 4, with Eleventh Hour not wanting to “divide the player base” with the launches close together.
Why Last Epoch Season 2 is Being Delayed
In a statement to fans on X, Eleventh Hour expressed a “heavy heart” but explained they were forced to move Last Epoch Season 2 to April 17 from April 2, following news Path of Exile 2 was dropping its 0.2.0 update on April 4.
The reason for the delay is to ensure the Tombs of the Erased update doesn’t divide the player base, and sustain “the studio financially.”
