Prey “Mimic Matter” is such an amazing ability!

Bethesda’s upcoming first-person shooter introduces a rather interesting ability the Prey “Mimic Matter”. You can be whatever you would want to be with this ability in the game. From mugs to tissue paper to a pizza box or even a pair of headphones.

The new video trailer released for the game showcases the Mimic Matter mechanism. This is your character’s ability to mimic inanimate objects. The video is very amusing as it shows the different objects that you could copy, like an apple, a picture frame, a chair, a kettle and the list goes on. There are a whole lot of inanimate objects that you could become.

Imagine yourself in an open world space that was taken over by aliens. With their state of the art gadgets for detecting humans, you have little to no chance of surviving. Then comes the mimic ability, you can copy any inanimate object to sneak up on your enemies or even run away from them, your choice. You will first start with the small objects and when you level up this ability, bigger objects will be able to be copied.
