Xbox Game Pass First Surprise Addition Has Joined The Service
6 hours ago | Gaming News Xbox Game Pass is almost never without a surprise addition every month. And for November, it’s a three-game bundle!
Crytek has announced the upcoming relaunch of Hunt: Showdown will come on August 15, with the game set to leave the previous generation of consoles.
Hunt: Showdown, the PvEvP first-person shooter is getting its next major update, which Crytek is calling a “significant relaunch” of the game on August 15.
The update adds a new biome, event, map, and lots more to the popular extraction shooter. But more significantly the update comes with the CryEngine 5.11 upgrade, which unfortunately means Hunt: Showdown will no longer be playable on the PS4 and Xbox One.
Players will need to take advantage of the free upgrade to PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions to keep playing the game. All DLCs and progress will carry over when you upgrade, so you don’t have to worry about losing your purchases or data.
You can watch the video above for more information on the upcoming upgrade on August 15. In the next few weeks, we will have more news on what content will be coming with the relaunch. Despite no release date, Crytek continues to work on Crysis 4.
