IMPORTANT: THE DISCOUNT CODE DISAPPEARS IF YOU USE YOUR WALLET TO PURCHASE. Both are not cumulative. Please pay attention during the Checkout process to avoid any inconvenience.
Login to your account in ENEBA. If you don’t have one yet, SIGN UP.
Once logged in, click your PROFILE ICON found at the upper-right corner of the page. Next, click BALANCE.
You will be directed to your WALLET OVERVIEW page. In the left sidebar, look for Redeem gift card under the BALANCE menu and click it.
Enter your gift card code in the box provided, then click Apply.
You followed the step by step tutorial to redeem your Gift Card, but it’s not working ?
1. Sometimes, we are going too fast or are distracted, so first of all double check who issued your gift card and follow the appropriate tutorial
2. Maybe you are facing an issue while entering your code on the website.
The codes are 20 digit characters long, grouped by 5 and separated by dashes:
XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
Make sure you didn’t forget any digit
3. Last thing to check, make sure you differentiate: 0 (zero) and O (letter), 1 and capital letter i, B and 8, etc
