IMPROVED CONTROLLER SUPPORT ON STEAM

 

According to a recent Steam community blog post, over 87 million players have played a game on Steam with a controller at least once in the last seven years, with 69% of those using an Xbox controller and 27% using PlayStation DualShock or DualSense controllers.

To help better inform players which controller games will support, Steam is rolling out an update that will display whether a game will support Xbox, DualSense, or DualShock controllers in its controller support area.

There will also be updates to the Steam browse pages and desktop client to make finding games that support specific controllers easier.
