Diablo 4 Midwinter Blight Event: How to Unlock All 14 Rewards

Blizzard has launched the Diablo 4 Midwinter Blight Event, and here is how to unlock all 14 of the new Diablo 4 cosmetic rewards during the Christmas event.

The Diablo 4 Midwinter Blight Event is live, running from December 12 – January 2, and everyone with a Diablo 4 game key can join in the free event. Throughout the Midwinter Blight, players can earn a total of 14 cosmetic rewards, which are unlocked by obtaining Winter Proof – an in-game currency.

HOW TO EARN WINTER PROOF IN DIABLO 4 MIDWINTER BLIGHT EVENT

To earn Winter Proof, you’ll first need to collect Blighted Fragments from Bightfiend, Lost Heirlooms from Frigid Husks, and Red-Cloaked Trophies from Santa Claus, the Red-Cloaked Horror.

You will collect all these from the new Blighted zone found in Fractured Peaks. You may have to explore the region for a while to find the right enemies, particularly Santa Claus, the demented goat that drops the Red-Cloaked Trophies.

Once you have all your Midwinter materials, you will need to travel to Midwinter Square and find Gileon. Next to him is a crafting bench which you can use to convert your Midwinter materials into Midwinter Proofs.

Doing this will also increase your Tribute Tier with Midwinter, which will earn you more Gold, armor, gem fragments, and Gileon’s Brew – which is a special elixir that will temporarily increase your Maximum Life, Lucky Hit Chance, and Experience.

HOW MANY WINTER PROOFS DO I NEED TO EARN EVERYTHING IN MIDWINTER BLIGHT EVENT?

It’s Blizzard, and it’s Diablo 4, so there is a lot of grinding involved if you want everything from the event. To earn all the backpieces, mount trophies, and weapon skins for every class, you’ll need 440 Winter Proofs.

And you only have until January 2 to do it. So if you haven’t already got a Diablo 4 game key, get one now and start your RPG journey.

There are a total of 14 unlockable rewards to earn during the Diablo 4 Midwinter Blight Event.

• 1 Mount Trophy (30x Midwinter Proof)
• 8 Weapon Skins (20x Midwinter Proof each)

The Diablo 4 Midwinter Blight Event is a limited-time event that ends on January 2. That only gives you a short time to grind for those new cosmetics.
