Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba The Hinokami Chronicles features the Mugen Train Arc in its Adventure Mode.

SEGA has released a new trailer for Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles featuring the Mugen Train Arc which is part of its Adventure Mode. It will include major moments from the story, including the fight between Tanjiro and Enmu.

For the uninitiated, the Mugen Train Arc was also from the feature film Kimetsu no Yaiba Mugen Train.

The trailer also shows some scenes from the game’s Versus Mode as well as a teaser on a fight between Kyojuro Rengoku and Akaza.

What is Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles?

The Hinokami Chronicles is an arena fighter featuring characters from the popular anime Kimetsu no Yaiba. The game lets you relive the moments from the series’ “TANJIRO KAMADO, UNWAVERING RESOLVE ARC” as well as the “MUGEN TRAIN ARC.”

Adventure Mode

The Hinokami Chronicles is set during the Taisho Period in Japan, and protagonist Tanjiro is out on a quest as a demon slayer after his entire family was slain by one. His younger sister, Nezuko, survived but was turned into a demon. As a demon slayer, Tanjiro will hunt down and kill the demon who killed his family, and at the same time turn his sister back into a human.

Versus Mode

Versus Mode pits you into a battle as one of the game’s characters. You will be facing other characters in a 1-versus-1 setting in offline or online play.

When Will Demon Slayer: Hinokami Chronicles Release?

The game will be available starting October 15, 2021 worldwide for PC via Steam, PS4, Ps5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X. Players in Japan will get the game as early as October 14, 2021.
