Dawnwalker: Bandai Namco to Publish Action RPG by EX CD Projekt Devs
Rebel Wolves team returns once again. This time announcing a collaboration with Bandai, as the publisher for their medieval Action RPG, Dawnwalker.
The Rebel Wolves team consists of former CD Projekt Red members. Founded in February 2022 by Konrad Tomaszkiewicz, the game director behind The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. A team full of industry veterans that aims to deliver a medieval-themed fantasy Action RPG with Dawnwalker.
The first chapter of what will likely be a very ambitious trilogy. But the partnership with Bandai Namco Europe is definitely reassuring. It suggests that Dawnwalker has the potential to bring something interesting to the gaming landscape.
Bandai Namco: Confirmed as Publisher for Rebel Wolves’ Dawnwalker
After 2 years of silence, Rebel Wolves is back in action. A team made up of ex-CD Projekt Red members, notably Konrad Tomaszkiewicz, Game Director of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. The team announces on Twitter (X) their collaboration with Bandai Namco Europe.
Bandai will act as the publisher for Dawnwalker, the medieval-themed fantasy Action RPG that Rebel Wolves has been working on since 2022. We don’t know much about the game yet, but the team assures us that we’ll have news by the end of 2024.

Dawnwalker: What We Know About the Action RPG from Former CD Projekt Red Members
Dawnwalker is the first chapter of a trilogy of fantasy games. It’s a medieval Europe-themed Action RPG, a very ambitious project the team is positioning as a high-level AAA game. But it can rely on a team full of talent and experience in the industry.
The game will be developed on Unreal Engine 5 and will be released on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S. The partnership with Bandai Europe is expected to result in physical copy distribution in addition to digital. In short, the collaboration with Bandai points out that Dawnwalker is at a good point development-wise, and we can expect more news by the end of 2024. Most likely at the The Game Awards 2024 in December.

OMG! I had forgotten about this one, the game the ex Witcher devs were making. Now I can't wait to see it, if they got a publisher it is that it is quite closer. I'm always ready for dark fantasy RPG games. My guess is that the reveal will be at the game awards, we'll see if I was right soon.
