Unfortunately, Underdogs failed to impress me beyond the initial joy of tight controls. Sitting inside a robot is cool, but what appears in front of you needs to be more engaging than what you’re offered. It’s an interesting concept that just gets repetitive in terms of entertainment. Because, as cool as it is to sit inside a giant robot and deliver those first well-aimed punches, there was nothing I found particularly fun after a few hours of play.
