In the world after global warming, humanity has taken refuge in three gigantic underwater cities at the bottom of the ocean. People who have been expelled from these cities barely survive on the burned lands. Meanwhile, the megacities exchange goods with each other every day. You must survive by piloting ultra-fast boats to steal supplies from the precious containers to deliver them to those who need them the most. Some are more successful than others.
