Much better than I expected, like an improved Ubi open world game, without most of the boring and repetitive tasks
Outcast: A New Beginning is a 3rd-person action-adventure game set in a fantasy universe. Lots of exploration, verticality, different biomes, mobility is a major point of the game with the jetpack or wingsuit. Fighting isn't the game's greatest strength, but it works. The universe is fairly convincing.
Outcast 2: A New Beginning seems like a nostalgic yet refreshing return to the beloved world of Adelpha. After two decades, it's exciting to see Cutter Slade back in action, facing new challenges and exploring a world that's evolved since the original game. I'm particularly intrigued by the emphasis on non-linear gameplay, allowing players to approach the story at their own pace and explore the beautifully hand-crafted world freely.
Outcast 2: A New Beginning is stunning already from the first look. Featuring wonderful fantasy world, the game gives you a liberty of exploration with aid of jetpack. The sequel will be faithful to its roots as it's being developed by the same team who created the first Outcast. More than that, the free demo was great, so I keep the fingers crossed!
This is an interesting game to follow. The team behind the original one reunited for this. I hope it is fun to play.
