Mutant Football League is a fantasy and sci-fi themed 7 on 7 football arcade game action developed by Digital Dreams Entertainment LLC, play as all kinds of Mutants and Monsters and unleash carnage on the Gridiron arena! Ruthless fans and deadly traps set the stage in every match to score as many points as possible in a game of football or kill your opponents to get the advantage. Use every dirty trick you can to get the advantage such as bribing the referee to overturn their calls, or having players turn gigantic with the “Ginormous” powerup allowing them to pummel any enemy that stands in your way. The only thing that’s predictable about the game is that flesh chunks are going to fly.

• You can play as 18 teams that are made up of the most blood-thirsty mutants and monsters like the Skeletal Deadheads, Armored Bruiserbots, Criminal Aliens, Mutated Humans, and Monstrous Orcs.
• Hall of Fame Tim Kitzrow the famous commentator behind NBA Jam and NFL Blitz will be lending his voice to Mutant Football giving you a play-by-play commentary for every game.
• There are 18 unique fields you can play on each of them has its own unique obstacles like landmines, booby traps, fire pits, toxic moats, and many more. Strategic use of these obstacles can make or break a game.
• There are multiple game modes you can play on like Practice for tuning your skills, Exhibition matches, Playoffs, or the ultimate test of your skill surviving a full season and winning the ultimate glory: The Mayhem Bowl.

Despite those issues, it’s hard to deny that all in all, Mutant Football League is exactly what a reboot should be. It successfully channels the spirit of its inspiration, it will please the niche audience that remembers it, and it’s impossible not to appreciate all the TLC that must have gone into its creation.
