Atlus does it once again, Another amazing jrpg by Atlus. If you're a fan of Persona or the Shin Megami Tensei series this is a must play. As usual it's got turn based combat and for once they also have overworld combat. The character design as usual is great and the music is 10/10. The tory and world is also very good. Easily a GOTY contender.
Atlus doesn't seem to disappoint when it comes to making compelling JRPGs. I'm not a consumer of this specific genre so Metaphor: ReFantazio went under the radar for me but it seems they delivered a pretty amazing title with interesting characters, an engaging narrative and dynamic combat. If you enjoy Persona or Shin Megami Tensei and want more but in a different setting, this game is definitely for you.

THIS GAME IS PEAK GUYS I'M ALREADY 50 HOURS IN AND CAN'T GET ENOUGH!!!!
Metaphor ReFantazio is from the creators of the Persona games and thus it has a similar art style and gameplay while this one is being set in a fantasy world, where the king has died and you will try to fight your way to the throne. The 3D world and locations are gorgeous, the anime characters look alive and the turn based fights look awesome, so this is a great game for JRPG fans.
