About this game

The Inner Sphere is a large area of space where humanity has inhabited hundreds of star systems. Humanity has once more divided into diverse factions that are all seeking for domination, and the era of cooperation and advancement that once characterized the species is now a dim memory.

• As a BattleMech pilot, you will inflict destruction on adversary ‘Mechs and targets, including as tanks, ground vehicles, aircraft, sophisticated defenses, and reinforced bases.
• There are hundreds of different sub-variants and over 50 different Mech chassis, all of which are completely realized with high-fidelity simulations of damage states and equipment.
• As the Mercenary company leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all the important aspects of managing a unit away from the combat.

MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries is a return to form. As a fan of the series, it’s been a very long wait, but PGI managed to deliver in a big way on nearly every front. While there are certain things that could be improved, what’s here is an excellent four player mech-stomping good time.

Join forces with the Independent People of Skye in a five-mission quest line to seize the Hatchetman, the newest BattleMech for the Lyran Commonwealth.

• Along with five new melee weapon-focused Hero ‘Mech variants, there are now 23 new variants of ‘Mechs. Additionally, you can immediately access them in Instant Action!
