About this game

Dusk is a retro first-person shooter game inspired by the gameplay and style 90’s FPS legends like Doom, Quake, Blood, Half-Life, etc. developed by indie developer David Szymanski. Visit a world where butchery and bloodshed must be mastered in order to survive, play three distinct hand-crafted campaign episodes/chapters, battle through an onslaught of backwater cultists, possessed soldiers, and forces that are beyond your imagining that lurks deep beneath the earth.

• As with most retro-style FPS games, Dusk comes with an arsenal of weapons to choose from including the basic sickle, swords, crossbows, rifles, shotguns both the dual-wielded and double barrel variant, grenade launchers, and of course the classic rocket launcher.
• If you finished the campaign and are hankering for more of a challenge play the endless Survival Mode, you are front and center on the map while endless waves of merciless enemies come at you nonstop.
• Multiplayer: For those who are still looking for a real challenge face another player head-to-head in DUSKWorld arena multiplayer, battle online with friends or strangers online it is where the darkness hosts the worst of humanity.
• Dusk Features a metal soundtrack dripping with 90s influences composed by Andrew Hulshult.

It is a devilish delight to navigate Dusk’s hellish environments and labyrinth-like levels, all whilst laying waste to its army of twisted enemies with its second to none gunplay. Not only is this title a fitting tribute to the games that inspired it, but it’s also something that manages to feel entirely relevant to the modern era due to its impeccable gameplay and emphasis on providing a simple but intriguing story.

At the end of the day, DUSK is just good ol’ fashioned fun. It evokes that classic era of uncomplicated run-and-gun shooters that prioritize high-octane fun over the complex, objective-based military shooters of the modern-day.
