Battlefield 2042 – Gameplay Video Leaked and Exodus Movie Released
EA released their Exodus short film in the last few days, which explains the catastrophic events leading up to the all-out war featured in Battlefield 2042, and had a gameplay leak of the upcoming shooter.

EXODUS SHORT MOVIE
The Exodus short movie focuses on the No-pats, an armed militia whose countries have collapsed and now fight in a global war.
In Battlefield 2042, the game follows the same timeline as BF4, with Russia and the US once more waging war.
In the short film, we glimpse the bleak world and the desperation of soldiers trying to survive.
There is no gameplay footage in the short film, but we get to see Kimble “Irish” Graves, a returning soldier from Battlefield 4, who is now the commander of the Specialists on the Exodus.
Irish is a playable character through the unlocking of his Legendary Skin, and like all Specialists in BF 2042, he comes with unique gadgets and gear.
Also introduced in the Exodus short is “Oz,” another Specialist who we expect to see more of in another short movie to be released closer to the game’s release.
EA and DICE have promised to reveal more about the remaining Specialists in the game before it launches in October.
BF 2042 GAMEPLAY LEAK
EA and DICE may not have revealed too much gameplay, but fortunately for us, a Chinese player has leaked raw footage from the game.
The short 11-minute video, which you can watch above, gives us a glimpse of the weapons and vehicles, as well as a map.
There have been many leaks of gameplay in the last week, each coming from the technical playtests locked behind NDAs, and EA DICE have moved to have them removed.
