Aliens: Fireteam Elite Season 3 – New Content Drop Arrives April 19th
Aliens: Fireteam Elite kicks off its 3rd season on April 19th with a free update that is set to unlock new content.

Aliens: Fireteam Elite Season 3: Lancer is arriving on April 19th, bringing a slew of new content to the game. Season 3: Lancer will kick off as scheduled in the game’s Year 1 Roadmap which consists of four free updates (Seasons).
The free update features the new Lancer kit as well as new Loadout presets. Also included are 4 new weapons, 15 new Perks, 14 new cosmetics, and 11 new challenge cards.
Aliens: Fireteam Elite – Season 3: Lancer Free Update
Season 3: Lancer brings the following free content to Aliens: Fireteam Elite:
New Kit: Lancer
The Lancer kit has three abilities:
- Overwatch (Passive) – Stacks Accuracy, Damage, and Stability when hiding or standing still.
- Particle Lance – Two Cannons attached on the shoulders fire a powerful particle weapons that penetrates all enemies in its line of fire that’s blocked only by terrain.
- Onslaught – Immediately reloads weapon while increasing Weapon Damage and Damage Resistance, then decreasing Movement and Fire Rate.
Loadout Presets
Now bringing the right tool for the job has been made easier than ever with the new Loadout Presets. This new feature allows you to save up to 10 presets including Kits, Weapons, and Cosmetics.
New Weapons
- X1 Fireball: A launcher in a non-heavy slot that lobs fireballs with lasting fire patches.
- M41E4 Heavy Pulse Rifle: The first standard machine gun brought to the Heavy space. Features a moderate spread, but high sustain.
- X45 Bombard Flechette Rifle: Fires faster with greater precision. Everything in the X43 Flechette SMG has been brought to the DMR space.
- Mark 7 Mod CQB Pistol: Automatic burst. Machine Pistol that has SMG controls.
UACM Frontline Pack
Also available in this update is the UACM Frontline Pack which is free for players who own the game’s Deluxe Edition. It can also be bought as a DLC for those who own the Standard Edition.
This is the third pack of the Endeavor Pass and contains over 20 items, including Emotes, Class Kit skins, and Decals, among others.
