AGE OF EMPIRES IV SEASON ONE
Relic Entertainment and Xbox Game Studios have released Age of Empires IV Season One.
AoE 4 Season One introduces the game’s first ranked season, launching on 13 April and featuring rewards such as portraits and monuments based on performance.
Age of Empires IV Season One also adds the long-wanted Global Build Queue to the game, which can be customized through hotkeys.
There is also an all-new content editor with mods which players can now use to build custom game types, maps, and scenarios.
Other changes include tweaks to economic costs, unit build times, naval warfare, and Fog of War.
Age of Empires IV Season One Update Features:
- Age of Empires IV Content Editor added to the game
- First-ever Ranked Season starts on 13 April
- Global Build Queue added
- Improved hotkeys
- Queue dodging tweaks that add 5,15,30, and 60-minute lockouts
- Difficulty tweaks to North to York, Siege of Paris, and Battle of Formigny missions
- Mods added
- Balance changes across units, economy, and building and upgrades.
Of course, this is not an extensive list of updates and fixes, but with Season One now underway, this is the perfect time to jump into some AoE 4.
