Prime Gaming’s new set of free pc games are up and one of them, you’ll recognize from early this year. Among the 5 that were dropped in Thursday is the highly-rated game Vlad Circus: Descend into Madness. So if you weren’t able to claim it then or just got your Prime membership, this is your chance! Don’t wait too long though as, unlike usual offering, this is available only until October 31.

If you’re a fan of horror games, then you’re in for a treat this week. Apart from Vlad Circus, the other 4 are perfect for the spooky season.


Vlad Circus: Descend into Madness puts players in the role of Oliver Mills as he navigates the remnants of a burned-down 1920s circus. The game focuses on puzzle-solving and survival as players explore a mansion with over 50 locations, piecing together the dark secrets of the circus. The visuals use pixel art and a 2D lighting system to create a distinctive atmosphere, while the sound design and dialogue pull players into the story. It’s a tense, psychological experience that slowly builds to a dramatic conclusion.



Mystery Box: Hidden Secrets is a puzzle game where players solve riddles by interacting with different boxes, each tied to a famous invention. To unlock these boxes, you’ll manipulate objects like handles, buttons, and wheels, and find puzzle pieces along the way. After opening all 8 boxes in a level pack, players can assemble a puzzle that reveals a brief history of the invention they’ve uncovered. It’s a hands-on escape room experience that mixes puzzle-solving with fun facts about inventions.



Through the Darkest of Times puts you in the shoes of a leader of a resistance group in 1933 Berlin, working against the Nazi regime. Through four detailed chapters, you experience the dangers and ethical challenges of resistance, from handing out leaflets and painting messages to sabotaging and gathering intelligence, all while trying to keep your group safe. Your decisions directly impact your team and mission as you navigate the harsh realities of life under the Nazis. The game’s illustrations bring the emotional and physical toll of this struggle to life, deepening the storytelling experience.



Killing Floor 2 takes place one month after the original game’s events, where a biotech experiment gone wrong has ravaged Europe. While survivors hide, a group of civilians and mercenaries bands together to fight the outbreak. The game features both returning and new characters, monsters, and weapons, offering intense combat in solo or 6-player co-op modes. With a unique blood system and more intelligent enemies, the action is brutal and fast-paced. Players can wield a variety of weapons, from military rifles to melee tools, and enjoy deeper customization with an expanded perk system and full SDK support for mods.



Zombies Ate My Neighbors and Ghoul Patrol is a re-release of two cult-classic run-and-gun co-op shooters from the 16-bit era, originally on the SNES and Sega Genesis. In Zombies Ate My Neighbors (1993), teenage heroes Zeke and Julie fight off a wave of B-movie horror creatures, from zombies to vampires, while saving as many people as they can. Its sequel, Ghoul Patrol (1994), takes the duo to a library where they accidentally unleash a demon bent on rewriting history. Both games feature a quirky variety of weapons, from squirt guns to ping pong ball machine guns, across dozens of levels.

The free game keys for Vlad Circus: Descend into Madness, Through the Darkest of Times, and Zombies Ate My Neighbors and Ghoul Patrol can be claimed on Prime Gaming until October 31, January 16, and November 20, respectively. The keys can be downloaded and played via Amazon Games App which comes free with your subscription.

Once you’ve claimed the keys, it is yours forever to keep even after your subscription ends. Yep, you can still access it through Amazon Games App whether you renew your subscription or not.

How to get the Killing Floor 2 game key for free?

The Killing Floor 2 free key is an Epic Games Store one, so your Epic account has to be linked to your Prime account to successfully claim the game.

To redeem, just click “Get Game” in the game’s Prime Gaming page, launch the Epic Game Launcher, and then you’ll see the game ready to download.

Important to note however, that although this is a free Epic Game Key, it does not mean it is free for everyone on the Epic site. You can only claim this via Prime Gaming until December 18, 2024.


How to get the Mystery Box: Hidden Secrets game key for free?

You can also get the Mystery Box: Hidden Secrets game key for free with an active Amazon Prime subscription. Since the free key is a Legacy Games one, you need a Legacy account and the Legacy Games Launcher that comes with it.

To claim, head on to the game’s Prime Gaming page and click the ‘Get Game’ button. From there you will get a code which you can redeem on the Legacy promo’s page. Then, launch the Legacy Games Launcher, go to the Games Library, and install the game. The offer ends on November 20, 2024 and you can redeem the code until November 23, 2024.
