Xbox Game Pass February 2024 Joining Titles

UPDATE FEB 22 – Four more games are added to Game Pass February 2024 free game lineup. The second official wave of games also includes Madden NFL which was added to PC and Ultimate earlier this month. It will now be added also to Xbox Cloud Gaming almost 20 days after it entered the service officially.



UPDATE FEB 20 – Two more titles are revealed to be added on Game Pass this month. Tales of Arise was previously leaked to join the service but was subsequently removed. But recently, Xbox Japan confirmed the news and will enter Game Pass Console the same day it’s added to the Playstation Plus Extra and Premium Games Catalog. The second game is Inkulinati 1.0. The game’s full release will launch in Game Pass on day-one.

UPDATE FEB 7 – Six more titles have been added to the list with heavy hitters like Madden NFL 24, Resident Evil 3, and Train Sim World 4 as part of it. But it doesn’t end there as the list is supposed to have another batch added to it that will be announced on February 20. So stay tuned for that!

Some of the first batch of Game Pass February 2024 free games were already included in last month’s coming soon section like Anuchard and Persona 3 Reload. Although both games are awesome, especially with the day-one launch of P3 Reload, it definitely looks a bit stingy this month.

Granted that this is just the first batch, the list is definitely shorter than previous first batches.

  Xbox Game Pass February 2024  

Initially, Open Roads was also releasing on day-one on Game Pass but it was recently delayed and now has a release date of March 28, 2024. So from four games, we are down to three.

Persona 3 Reload (PC, Console, Cloud)

   

Persona 3 Reload is a remake of the 2006 RPG classic, Persona 3. It is a turn-based RPG with social simulation elements. During the day, you attend school, build relationships with other characters, and participate in activities. At night, you explore Tartarus, a tower filled with Shadows, and battle them using your Personas.

The remake includes several new features, such as new story scenes, character interactions, and voiced dialogue.

Persona 3 Reload releases on February 2, 2024 for PC, Playstation 4, Playstation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. It is also launching on day-one on Game Pass PC, Console, and Cloud Gaming.

Anuchard (PC, Console, Cloud)

   

Explore the history and tragic downfall of the once-thriving skybound kingdom of Anuchard, now fragmented into a small island and a vast underground dungeon.

You will play as the chosen hero, the Bellwielder, entrusted with the magical Audros Bell to navigate the treacherous dungeon and confront the five Guardians who once blessed Anuchard but mysteriously abandoned it, leading to its ruin.

Challenge yourself with intricate puzzles that require strategic thinking and creative use of the environment and the Audros Bell’s abilities. Start playing Anuchard at no additional cost on February 6, 2024.

Train Sim World 4 (PC, Console, Cloud)

   

Train Sim World 4 is the latest installment in the popular train simulation series. The game features new routes and locomotives including LNER A3 Flying Scotsman, the Metrolink F125, and the ÖBB 4024 on S-Bahn Vorarlberg.

Being as the latest addition to the series, it also features SAPIEN technology that delivers more lifelike physics and animations, dynamic weather, and improved AI. There’s also new things to try with the Free Roam mode that lets you drive any train on any route, the Scenario Planner, and the Livery Designer.

Catch Train Sim World 4 on Game Pass on February 7, 2024.

Madden NFL 24 (PC and Ultimate via EA Play)

   

Madden NFL 24 is the latest installment in the long-running American football video game series and considered as the most realistic and immersive sports video game to date.

It features SAPIEN Technology which delivers a more realistic player models and movement and FieldSENSE which aims for enhanced control on next-gen consoles. It also adds extensive modes like Franchise mode lets you build your dream team, Face of the Franchise puts you in the shoes of a rising star, and competitive online options like Ultimate Team and Ranked Seasons offer multiplayer thrills.

Play Madden NFL for free with Game Pass PC and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate via EA Play starting February 8, 2024.

Resident Evil 3 (PC, Console, Cloud)

   

Resident Evil 3 offers a thrilling and action-packed reimagining of the classic survival horror game.

Go back to Raccoon City as you play as Jill Valentine, a former S.T.A.R.S. member, trying to escape the zombie-infested Raccoon City during a devastating outbreak caused by the T-Virus.

While the remake retains the core story and characters from the original, it has some changes and omissions. Experience these like the dodge mechanics and more for free as Resident Evil 3 joins Game Pass on February 13, 2024.

Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night (PC, Console, Cloud)

   

Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night is a side-scrolling action considered a spiritual successor to the classic Castlevania series and set in 18th century England.

You will play as Miriam who journeys through a demon-infested castle. This castle was summoned by her former friend Gebel, who has become consumed by darkness. To save herself and humanity, Miriam must confront nightmarish creatures and powerful bosses, ultimately facing Gebel himself.

Get ready for a fast-paced combat with Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night on Game Pass starting February 14, 2024.

A Little To The Left (PC, Console, Cloud)

   

A Little To The Left is a puzzle game that focuses on sorting, stacking, and arranging everyday household objects into visually satisfying and aesthetically pleasing configurations.

The game will present you a variety of cluttered scenes each filled with mismatched items. Your task is to sort, stack, and arrange these objects in a way that makes sense. There are multiple solutions to many puzzles, so you can experiment and find what works best for you.

Play over 100 puzzles with A Little To The Left for free with Game Pass starting February 15, 2024.

PlateUp! (PC, Console, Cloud)

   

PlateUp! is a chaotic and fun restaurant management game with roguelite elements where you and up to three other players build and run a restaurant from scratch, choosing dishes, buying and placing appliances, and cooking and serving food to customers.

You progress through the game by completing objectives like earning a certain amount of money or serving a certain number of customers. Every cleared level will allow you to unlock new dishes, appliances, and abilities. The game offers hours of fun as it is procedurally generated, so each playthrough is different.

PlateUp! joins Game Pass free games lineup this month starting February 15, 2024.

Return To Grace (PC, Console, Cloud)

   

Return to Grace is a first-person narrative adventure game set in a 1960s-inspired retro-futuristic world. The game follows the story of Adie Ito, a space archaeologist who has unearthed the ancient resting place of an AI god known as Grace.

Grace was once the caretaker of the solar system but was shut down thousands of years ago. You as Adie must explore the ruins of Grace’s tomb and interact with the fractured AI personalities that remain to uncover the truth about what happened.

Return to Grace joins Game Pass on February 20, 2024.

Tales of Arise (Console)

   

Tales of Arise is an action RPG set in a world divided into two planets: Dahna and Rena. Dahna is a lush and vibrant planet, while Rena is a technologically advanced but barren planet. The Renans have oppressed the Dahnans for centuries, draining their life energy to sustain their own.

The game follows Alphen, a Dahnan man who is resistant to pain, and Shionne, a Renan woman who is cursed with thorns that inflict pain on anyone who touches her. Together, they set out to unite the two planets and end the Renan oppression.

Tales of Arise is added to Game Pass console on February 20, 2024. It is yet to be seen if it will join Xbox Cloud Gaming too.

Inkulinati 1.0 (PC, Console, Cloud)

   

Inkulinati 1.0 is a turn-based strategy game inspired by medieval bestiaries and marginalia. Here you will play as Magnus, a young scribe in medieval Europe who discovers the hidden magic within the margins of his manuscripts.

Through your quill and inkwell, you can summon bizarre creatures like the Dog Knight, the Farting Priest, and the Living Hat to fight for you. Each creature has unique abilities and weaknesses, requiring strategic thinking and positioning to win battles.

Inkulinati joins Game Pass on its full release out of Early Access on February 22, 2024.

Bluey: The Videogame (PC, Console, Cloud)

   

Bluey: The Videogame is an adventure game based on the popular Australian children’s television series of the same name. It features an original story set across four interactive adventures allowing you to explore iconic locations from the show such as the Heeler house, the Bandit’s office, the local park, and the creek.

You can play in some of Bluey and Bingo’s favorite games, including Keepy Uppy, Chattermax Chase, and The Magic Xylophone. The game supports local co-op multiplayer, so you can team up with a friend or family member to experience the fun together.

Bluey: The Videogame joins Game Pass on February 22, 2024.

Maneater (PC, Console, Cloud)

   

Maneater is an action role-playing open world game where you play as a bull shark, evolving as you eat your way up the food chain to become the apex predator.

You will start as a small bull shark pup and evolve into a massive, legendary creature. While you explore the diverse underwater environments from swamps to the open ocean, you can eat humans, wildlife, and even other sharks to grow larger and evolve new abilities. On top of that, battle other apex predators including alligators and whales.

Maneater enters the service on February 27, 2024.

Indivisible (PC, Console, Cloud)

   

Indivisible is an engaging action role-playing platformer that follows the journey of Ajna, a fearless young woman with a mysterious power that awakens within her after her home is attacked. This power allows her to absorb the “Incarnations” of other people, granting her access to their unique abilities and personalities.

The game’s combat system is unique and engaging, combining real-time action with strategic elements. You will play as Ajna directly, along with up to three additional Incarnations who fight alongside her.

Play Indivisible for free on Game Pass starting February 28, 2024.

Space Engineers (PC, Console, Cloud)

   

Space Engineers is a voxel-based sandbox game where you build spaceships, stations, planetary outposts, and anything else you can dream up, all within a realistic physics simulation. You’ll need to gather resources, manage power, and contend with the dangers of space to survive and thrive.

You can choose between building freely in Creative Mode or facing the challenges of survival in Survival Mode, where you need to gather resources, manage oxygen and food, and defend yourself from hazards.

Space Engineers is the last game to join Game Pass this month. Start playing it for free on February 29, 2024.

Games To Launch on Xbox February 2024

For other Xbox news, here are the games scheduled to launch on the platform this month. It’s quite a long list already and we are anticipating that this will even get longer.
