What is Torchlight Infinite?
Torchlight Infinite is a free-to-play hack-and-slash RPG. In a world filled with monsters, you must fight your way through. With numerous unique heroes, 24 different talent classes, and over 240 skills, you can customize your character to match your playstyle. Your enemies will drop new loot, which becomes progressively better depending on the area, making your character even stronger.
Torchlight Infinite New Season
Recently, Torchlight Infinite launched its new season, Whispering Mist. This season introduces a new area and plenty of fresh content to explore. There’s the ruined city of Mistville, shrouded in dense fog, where mysterious encounters and new epic loot await. In this locale, you’ll uncover the town’s lore and discover places like the Clock Tower and more.
Additionally, the multiplayer or co-op mode is now officially available, allowing you to adventure alongside another player. Team up to take on challenging bosses and earn extra bonuses for cooperative play.
Furthermore, Cateye Erika gains a new ability, Lightning Shadow. It’s a ranged attack that utilizes lightning as long as Erika keeps moving. But it’s best to try out this new skill yourself for free in the game.
Thanks to the new season, player numbers have increased by more than tenfold. Last month, there were around 400 daily players on average, whereas now there are around 8,000 daily players. This is a significant success for the game; now, the developers must strive to keep the game attractive to avoid losing many players again.
