Black Myth: Wukong – What It Is and Release Date

Announced in 2020, this game by Game Science offers a deeply action-oriented RPG with a very soulslike approach. Based on the famous Chinese literary and iconic novel Journey to the West, we’ll play as the Monkey King, Sun Wukong, in a darker version of the story. Definitely the most anticipated title, topping the Steam and PS5 wishlists, with a release date set for just a few days away on 20 August 2024.




S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl – What It Is and Release Date

A long-awaited direct sequel to one of the most terrifying and challenging games of 2007, this much-anticipated S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 arrives 15 years after Call of Pripyat. Marked by a difficult development process, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 marks a return to the Chornobyl (Chernobyl) Exclusion Zone, about 10 years after the events of the trilogy, with new dangers, mysteries, and horrors awaiting in this devastated area. Highly anticipated by many, the title is expected to release on PC and Xbox Series X/S on 20 November 2024, unless delayed further.




The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom – What It Is and Release Date

A new title from Nintendo, announced during the June Nintendo Direct, this new spin-off chapter of the series quickly climbed the ranks of Nintendo’s most anticipated titles. Echoes of Wisdom uses the graphic style of the 2019 remake of Link’s Awakening. In this adventure, we’ll play as the famous Princess Zelda. Now it’s up to Zelda to save Link and all of Hyrule with the power of the Tri Rod. Scheduled for release on 26 September 2024, exclusively on Nintendo Switch.




Silent Hill 2 Remake – What It Is and Release Date

The highly anticipated remake of one of, if not the, most beloved entry in the Silent Hill series. This remake, as expected, will inevitably change some aspects of the story and gameplay. It’s being developed by the Polish team Bloober Team, known for several highly appreciated psychological horror titles like Blair Witch and Layers of Fear. Built on Unreal Engine 5, we will soon discover this new experience from Silent Hill 2 on 8th October 2024, on PlayStation 5 and for the first time for the series also on PC.




Frostpunk 2 – What It Is and Release Date

Frostpunk 2 is certainly the most anticipated strategy and city-builder title of the year, as the second chapter of one of the biggest surprises of 2018. This ambitious sequel has us once again dealing with the last city left in the world, managing what remains 30 years after the events of the first game. With many new game mechanics that will provide an even more immersive experience and challenge veterans of the genre. Coming on 20th September 2024, on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.
