Three Call of Duty Games Enter Xbox Cloud Gaming On October 25

Call of Duty Black Ops 6 isn’t the only one joining Xbox Cloud Gaming on October 25. Here are the full details on streaming 3 COD titles

One of the most-awaited titles this year is undoubtedly Call of Duty Black Ops 6. From the moment it was announced to the two open beta weekends, the momentum for this game has just exponentially increased. Most especially to Game Pass members who will get free access to the game on day-one.

And now, it has gotten a whole lot better for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers!

Stream Call of Duty Games on Xbox Cloud Gaming

Microsoft recently confirmed that Call of Duty Black Ops 6 will be available on Xbox Cloud Gaming upon launch too. While we know it is releasing on Game Pass on the first day, the Cloud streaming support was in the air since the rights to Blizzard streaming was given to Ubisoft, instead of including it when Microsoft acquired the company. But now that it’s final and confirmed, Ultimate subscribers are over the moon.

That’s not all though! On October 25, Black Ops 6 will be joined by Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone on Xbox Cloud. These two titles, although already free for Game Pass subscribers to play, were previously not accessible to the platform’s cloud streaming services. This update will be rolled out to players on the 25th at 10 AM PDT / 1 PM EDT / 6 PM BST.



Xbox Cloud Gaming is still in beta. The only way to access it is with an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription and a supported controller, which is sold separately. There is no announcement yet if Xbox Cloud will be available as a standalone service in the future.
