Surviving the Aftermath Leaves Early Access

Surviving the Aftermath, the post-apocalyptic survival game from Iceflake Studios and Paradox Interactive, will leave Early Access on November 16 with patch 1.0.

SURVIVING THE AFTERMATH PATCH 1.0

Surviving the Aftermath was initially released into Early Access on Xbox One and PC in October 2019.

The full release will finally see the game become available on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch and also see it forward compatible on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.

Patch 1.0 implements some exciting new features, reworks, and improvements and will add end-game content and professional voice-overs for particular game sections.

The update reworks gate combat and how it is communicated to you through the new UI, allowing you to better deal with enemies that threaten your community using violence and blackmail.

There are balance changes to malnutrition, production, and multiple workers, and tweaks to society and trade windows.

For those just jumping into the game for the first time, there is an all-new short prologue story and a categorized help menu to teach you the basics of surviving in the apocalypse.

Don’t worry, though, as work on DLCs has already begun and there promises to be plenty more content to come over the next year.

HOW CAN I GET THE SURVIVING THE AFTERMATH FOUNDER’S PACK?

Those who already own the game and have been playing through the early access period can immediately enjoy the Founder’s Pack.

The Founder’s Pack is also available in the Day 1 Edition, which is a physical-only copy.
