Respawn’s Star Wars: Leaked Images and the Strategic Game Codename
A few weeks ago, news about the upcoming announcement of the new Star Wars game from Timur222 surfaced. And on March 28, 2025, a major update followed, particularly from the outlet MP1st.
In fact, MP1st shared some leaked images from the new Star Wars strategy game. With numerous images that the team claims are from an early build in 2023. Images with many particularly interesting details, along with the reveal of the game’s codename as “Star Wars: Bruno”.

Star Wars: Bruno – Leaked Image Information
From what MP1st showed, we have 7 images: 3 in-game and 4 from the menu, including a GIF. The most interesting shows a unit of 2 Mandalorians and a Droid. Specifically, the Mandalorian shown is named “Support Bo-Katan“, which seems to be Bo-Katan Kryze, given the similarity of the armor.
In addition to a showcase of a combat sequence that strongly resembles the XCOM series. Offering tactical gameplay where we will also use various items such as detonators and gadget drones. Plus, some concept designs for the UI. Another interesting detail caught by MP1st is how the classic console icons appear, which seems to confirm a release on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. However, the confirmation for Switch and/or Switch 2 remains to be seen.
