Playstation Plus Extra and Premium September 2024 lineup has just gotten its first confirmed title and is launching day-one!

PlayStation Plus Extra September 2024 Day-One Addition

Playstation Plus just released its list for this month’s Games Catalog entries and it was a treat! And then just a couple of days after, Sony is again giving us another thing to look forward to and get excited about, with the confirmation of The Plucky Squire day-one launch in Playstation Plus Extra and Premium.

After a loooong wait for the this game to come out, it will finally release on September 17, 2024 for PC, Playstation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch. And for those with active PS Plus Extra and Premium/Deluxe subscription, you can play it for free on launch day!




While this is next month’s addition to the service, you can enjoy August’s Essential games for now and start getting excited for the Playstation Plus Extra and Premium August lineup which will be available on the 20th.

Also don’t forget to check out those leaving on the 10th as well. The list includes NBA 2K24 and Sea of Stars.

PS Plus Extra Day-One game September 2024

The Plucky Squire is an upcoming action-adventure game which follows the magical adventures of Jot, a brave and plucky knight, and his friends. They live in a fantastical world within the pages of a storybook. When the evil Humgrump, the book’s villain, realizes his inevitable defeat, he changes the story to his advantage, kicking Jot out of the book and into the real world. Jot must now save his friends and restore the books happy ending.

The unique selling point of The Plucky Squire is its ability to seamlessly switch between 2D and 3D gameplay. Jot can explore the 3D world, interacting with objects and characters, but he can also dive back into the pages of his book to experience classic 2D platforming challenges. This dynamic gameplay mechanic adds a layer of depth and variety to the adventure.
