When I ran into a problem, the customer service was of no help whatsoever. The checkout process includes “Gamivo Smart” subscription that’s very easy to overlook, potentially adding unexpected costs. I’d suggest exploring other platforms with clearer information and more reputable support.

WARNING! Avoid this page at all costs. I purchased a product code, but it didn't work. The staff's unwillingness to investigate the matter was incomprehensible. They already got your money and don't care about it. Gamivo does not sell codes itself, but acts solely as an intermediary between the seller and the buyer. If the seller refuses to provide a working product or refuses to refund your money, that's unfortunate for you. So PLEASE, save your money and use it on another site.

Bought a key, and they wouldn't give it to me. On top of this it is difficult to cancel SMART and the prices advertised are wildly misleading. Avoid at all cost.
