I HAVE JUST BOUGHT A REGION-LOCKED CD KEY AND NEED HELP.

If you have bought a game for the wrong region, you can get in touch with their support, who will help you fix it. You will need to provide screenshots as proof.

MY KEY IS ALREADY USED AND I CAN’T ACTIVATE IT.

Please double check that you are inputting your code correctly and if it still does not work, then get in contact with their support.

Probably the worst support... I had got a lot of keys from them and i got about 5 of them duplicates. Four of them were quite cheap 1-2 euros and i ignored but now I got a duplicate key for a very recent game and i sent all the required files. I got a reply that the key is duplicate and they will resolve the issue and i requested them to change my key but it's been about 60 hours and still no resolution.... I am not going to buy from them again

Gave me the key for the wrong season of a game series, causing me to waste money cause I couldn't redeem it since I already had that part, couldn't get a refund even though I'd not activated anything since I literally couldn't
