If you receive your key and it is saying that it is not valid, make sure to, and if it still does not work, then you should immediately contact their support.

The key didn't work and I have yet to hear back from them
Key was delivered quickly. However, it did not work. Customer service are yet to respond to my inquiry (apart from saying they have apparently done so in response to my negative TrustPilot review, which they have not) to offer any support or refund. Absolute scam company. Avoid.

Avoid this company like the plague, they have failed to deliver on two keys now and their customer service is a joke. I did eventully get refund for first key but they had put price up so I couldn't buy it again and they basically said tough luck not their problem. The second key that didn't work they want me to contact Steam because someone else has redeemed it.
