Very bad. It promises a key, does not accept the order or the paypal option it offers.
I bought a key for a wrong game, when I realised my mistake, I tried contacting customer support with hopes of getting my money back as the keys hadn’t been revealed nor used. The response basically nails down to: we’ve checked the codes, they were unused when we sent them to you but you have redeemed them so we cannot issue a refund. How could I have redeemed the code when I haven’t even seen it? When I try to escalate the issue, they double down and just shift the competences onto Steam.
No hidden fees, what you see is what you get, bravo!
just bought dark souls remasterd, and got the code at the same time.
All good, fast and functional. It didn’t ask the email, it checked the mail of Paypal and wrote it for me, I registered my steam games in matter of seconds.
