Persona 1 & 2 Remakes Coming – Says Leaker

Prominent and well-respected leaker Midori has revealed Persona 1 and Persona 2 will get a remake on modern consoles – after stating Persona 4 is receiving a remake, too, from developer Atlus.

Industry insider Midori has revealed via X that Persona 1 and Persona 2 are “going to receive remakes” but fell short of saying if they will be “full remakes” rather than remasters.

After successfully predicting Persona 3 DLC information and the fact Persona 6 will be released across multiple platforms, Midori has now responded to a comment on X about an upcoming P4 remake that the first two games in the series will also receive the same treatment. Although fans will need to “wait a while.”

Atlus and SEGA have not announced anything about a remake of Persona 1, 2, or 4. Still, if Midori’s past leaks are anything to go by, Persona 4 is already in development, which is excellent news for fans of the JRPG series, as we also know a Persona 6 game is coming, potentially in 2026.
