More classic titles are joining Nintendo Switch Online’s Super NES lineup on March 28 including NOBUNAGA’S AMBITION

NOBUNAGA’S AMBITION – originally released by Koei, the game is a turn-based strategy game that puts players in the role of a warlord during Japan’s Warring States period. Tasked with unifying Japan, players must manage resources, form alliances, and engage in battles to expand their rule. The game’s deep strategy mechanics and tactical decision-making helped shape the grand strategy genre, making it a must-play for history and strategy enthusiasts.

NOBUNAGA’S AMBITION: Lord of Darkness – building upon the original, the game enhances the strategy elements with more detailed combat, expanded diplomacy, and new ways to rule and conquer. With improved AI and larger battlefields, this installment offers an even deeper warlord simulation, allowing players to lead their armies through Japan’s turbulent history.
