Go here and press on sign in then create account.

Fill out the required information such as Username, Email, Password and click the tick box to accept the GOG User agreement and that you are 16 years old or older and press sign up now.

* You have the option to sign in with your Facebook account also.

To download the GOG launcher go here and scroll down at the bottom right and click on download GOG Galaxy.
