What is Horizon Chase 2?
Horizon Chase 2 is a racing game inspired by classic arcade racing games, offering the familiar gameplay of that era. You don’t need to worry about controlling your vehicle too much—just accelerate, brake, steer left or right, and boost. That’s all it takes for a classic arcade racer. You can pull off last-second maneuvers without losing control. As Epic Games says: Horizon Chase 2 is easy to learn, but hard to master. This game requires quick reflexes and good timing.
Although the gameplay is like a classic arcade racer, the graphics are different. The game features a unique and softer 3D style. The backgrounds are beautifully designed, making it easy to get distracted by the scenery. On some maps, it can rain, which affects your vehicle’s handling.
There are several modes in Horizon Chase 2. You can play alone, racing against AI or playing the World Tour. In World Tour, you race in many events and earn rewards like new stickers to customize your car. You can also play in split-screen mode with up to 4 friends or start an online session with your friends. You can even play the World Tour with others. Additionally, you can compete in online races against strangers to prove your skills.
Horizon Chase 2 for PlayStation and Xbox
Until recently, Horizon Chase 2 was only available for PC and Nintendo Switch, but that has now changed. As of May 30, the game is also available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
