First FIFA 18 Update Focuses on Goalkeepers

The first FIFA 18 update has been released, and it brings one of the most important improvements and fixes to the game – goalkeeping.

When the game launched, there have been numerous complaints from players, and they’re pointing out how easy it is to score in the game. It seems like the goalkeepers do not react as fast as they should when the player controls them. This resulted to some games having too much goals, it doesn’t look and feel realistic. This will now be fixed in the said FIFA 18 update with the following tweaks:

• Tuned goalkeeper reactions in certain situations.
• Tuned down the difficulty for Amateur and Semi-Pro difficulties.
• Reduced shot accuracy and slightly increased goalkeeper reaction times in certain in-game situations.
