ELEX 2 Presents Improved Combat, Pre-Orders Now Available

Pre-orders for ELEX 2 has opened, and with this announcement also comes a new gameplay trailer featuring the game’s combat.

ELEX 2 is set to launch on March 1, 2022, and THQ Nordic announced that pre-orders have already opened. The announcement came with the new combat trailer which shows the different ways Jax takes his enemies down.

In ELEX 2, the protagonist Jax will be facing off against planet Magalan’s invaders, and the only way to stop them is to fight with everything he’s got.

The trailer begins by showing a little bit of the planet’s environment, as well as the invaders that are threatening it. We then see Jax who’s armed with a bow and arrow, saying something is not right, and that he feels weak.

The video then goes to present a lot of battle scenes with the character using a variety of weapons which include guns, bows, rockets, chainsaw, axe, sword, and laser. The game features melee, magic or ranged combat (or a combination of these three), and it’s up to players to decide which weapons they want to master.

Players can also learn skills and even master all of them if they wish.

What is ELEX 2 about?

ELEX 2 is the sequel to the first game, and players will follow Jax who’s out to find his missing son Dex, and at the same time unite the factions in order to fight against Magalan’s invaders.

Where can I play ELEX 2?

ELEX 2 will be available on PC via Steam, Playstation 4, Xbox One, and Xbox Series. It will be available in digital and physical versions. You can pre-order both versions here at Allkeyshop.
