Elden Ring – Detailed Q&A Gameplay Session for the Next-Gen RPG

Fans of the upcoming RPG Elden Ring can somehow shorten their waiting time with Elden Ring’s new gameplay video courtesy of Game Informer. The gameplay was streamed by Dan Tack, and showcases Castle Mourn which he explored most during the stream.
The video does not show a lot of new stuff, however, we do see just how massive the game’s world is.
We do see some combat as well as some of the monsters players will encounter, including skeletal monsters and monsters with tentacles. It also showcased the weapons players may use, NPCs, and a lot of horseback riding. And as in Souls games, the gameplay also showed a boss battle where the boss wields a huge weapon.
Aside from some gameplay, Game Informer’s video also contained some Q&A.

Is Elden Ring a Difficult Game?
The game’s director,Hidetaka Miyazaki, has recently answered the most burning question about Elden Ring: Is it going to be a difficult game?
In an interview with the PlayStation Blog, Miyazaki said that although Souls-like games are “associated with impossible levels of difficulty with high barriers to entry,” Elden Ring won’t be impossible to beat.
“In Elden Ring, we have not intentionally tried to lower the game’s difficulty, but I think more players will finish it this time,” Miyazaki said. He explains that the game gives players freedom to play it at their own pace, using their own playstyle, and choosing their own route.
“And I realize that while we offer games with a high level of challenge, we design them in a way that feels fulfilling to overcome. But I don’t want new players to worry or stress about that difficulty too much,” he added.
When will Elden Ring launch?
Elden Ring has officially gone gold in late January 2022, which means nothing will stop its release on February 25, 2022 on PC and consoles.
