Dying Light 2’s First DLC Set Before Game’s Ending
Techland has revealed Dying Light 2’s first DLC story expansion will take place before the game’s ending.

WHAT IS THE DYING LIGHT 2 FIRST DLC?
Dying Light 2 Stay Human game designer Tymon Smektala has revealed that the first story DLC for the game will occur before the game ends.
Recent rumors suggested that the first story expansion for Dying Light 2 would occur after the game’s initial end.
Techland’s Tymon Smektala says that those reports “weren’t close to the mark” and that the first DLC will run “sideways to the main events.”
There are currently two DLCs in development for Dying Light 2, and Smektala did release any information about them.
However, Smektala did say that they don’t want players to “know what to expect” from Techland with their DLC and expansions.
Unfortunately, we don’t know if the first expansion will add possible endings, but it will likely add more twists in an already branching storyline.
