IS DEATH STRANDING ON XBOX GAME PASS?

Hideo Kojima’s Death Stranding is officially landing on Xbox Game Pass this week for PC.

Announcing the decision on Twitter, Kojima Productions and Microsoft tweeted a picture of Death Stranding’s protagonist Sam Bridges holding a case with a PC Game Pass sticker.

In a surprising twist, Sony Interactive Entertainment said it had no involvement with the game moving to Xbox Game Pass.

But we shouldn’t be shocked, as Kojima is confirmed to be working on a new project with Microsoft, which we expect to see at Gamescom later this week.

In the same picture on Twitter, many have pointed to the visible spider on the PC Game Pass sticker, suggesting Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered could also be heading to Xbox Game Pass.

The Spider-Man rumors are a stretch, particularly after Sony admitted to having no influence in Death Stranding making its way onto Microsoft’s PC Game Pass.

We don’t need long to wait to find the answer, as Death Stranding is heading to PC Game Pass on Tuesday, August 23.
