CD Projekt Red has officially stopped working on Cyberpunk 2077 as the developer moves forward with other projects.

In its Q1 2024 Earnings report, CD Projekt Red has revealed that not a single developer is working on Cyberpunk 2077, with the company leaving the game behind to work on other ongoing projects.

According to the recent CDPR financial results, most developers at the company are now working on Polaris, the codename for the so-far unnamed Witcher game. Other projects developers are working on include Project Orion, a sequel to Cyberpunk 2077, and Project Sirius, a multiplayer spinoff of the Witcher series.

Cyberpunk 2077 may have had a rough launch filled with bugs and glitches, but since then the game is the incredible open-world sci-fi RPG CD Projekt Red envinsioned with the game recently hitting the $750 million mark earlier this year.
