Command and Conquer Remastered Collection comes with all the bonuses, new features, and all the content you could hope for.
Command and Conquer Remastered was first announced way back in November 2018 by Electronic Arts before development had even begun.
The collection has been assisted by fans and community members and has been built from the ground up in order to get it right.
The collection will include Tiberian Dawn, the Red Alert games, and all three expansion packs, Covert Operations, Counterstrike, and The Aftermath, complete with remastered music and graphics, as well as UI improvements and a ton of new features and other improvements.
Some of the improvements come in the way of FMV cinematics, remastered music, and a map editor among other things. EA doesn’t have the best relationship with gamers, however, those worried can be satisfied in the knowledge that the collections will not feature DLC add-ons or micro-transactions. Though the games have been remastered, some things have been maintained, such as the unit balance, which has been kept true to the original games, and players will even be able to swap from original to remastered graphics in real-time. Some new features can only improve the games, with things like zooming in and out being made available for the first time in the franchise, support for 1440p and 4K, and the addition of subtitles to cinematics.
A lot of effort and love, from developers and fans of the original games has gone into the remastered collection, and EA has put emphasis on making sure the collection doesn’t lose the style of the original games.
Fans of the series will hopefully be able to get their hands on the Command and Conquer Remastered Collection later in 2020.
