Valkyrie Profile Lenneth is a unique turn-based JRPG developed by tri-Ace, this is a remastered version of the first game of the Valkyrie Profile Series it tells the story of the reawakening of the Valkyrie Lenneth, who is given the task to recruit and train fallen human warriors (Aesir) to fight a holy war against the Vanir (Ice Giants). Along the way, she will learn the tragic stories of brave humans as well as encounter interesting characters in the past that may try to sway her task as a Valkyrie.

Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth is a fantastic game for the right audience. If you’re a huge fan of PS1 JRPGs or a returning Valkyrie Profile player, you will have a fantastic time with this game. It’s hard for me to say what newbies to the genre might think of the game, but as someone who’s dropped a thousand hours in Final Fantasy 7, I can say Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth is definitely a 10.
