Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania is a physics-based puzzle platforming game a compilation and a remaster of the classic games of the Super Monkey Ball franchise, developed by Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio the Japanese developers behind the Yakuza series. Control your monkey ball by tilting the stage itself, precision and cleverness are the keys if you want to get to the finish line at the end of each labyrinthian level. Aside from the single-player game modes, there are also 12 multiplayer party games to choose from.

• There are more than 300 levels in Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania all carefully compiled levels and mini-games from the first Super Monkey Ball, Super Monkey Ball 2, and the bonus levels in Super Monkey Ball Deluxe.

It’s hard to fault Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania for giving us exactly what it promises. It’s a compilation of three older games with some gussied-up visuals and some nice new features. If you’ve never played the franchise before but were always curious, then this is probably the best place to start.
