While the idea and gameplay of LEGO 2K Drive are somewhat great, it can still not justify its price. Not only multiple DLC cost a lot, but the game also have microtransactions, and we all know how it works. More than that, players have reported a bug that removes in-game currency after crash… needless to say that it’s just not worth the hussle.
Before LEGO 2K Drive was released, I used to think that it can be fun, and it is. However, at the moment it still has major issues, and I would recommend waiting for a fix nbefore purchasing it.
Lego 2K Drive is a racing game where you get to build your own cars from scratch using Lego. It features a story mode with an open world to explore and also multiplayer, both local and online. The game looks fun and the freedom in building your own cars seems to be the strongest point. Sadly, the game wasn’t very well received, mainly due to the fact that it has micro transactions with day one DLCs and a subscription pass to be purchased that is not included with the full game and its price.
